APPALLING - AVOID
If there was zero or negative review, I would give the worst. I sent in a pair of very expensive imported dress shorts to very dry-cleaned. They were white with no stains. They are now a ver dirty cream colour, with new stains and rust marks and the belt is damaged. This is the most appalling dry cleaners I have ever been to. In future I will take all my dry-cleaning overseas. How sad that this is all there is to offer in South Africa. Do not go near this company if you treasure your clothes. I also have the shorts in a different size and it is easy to compare and prove my point

Very very expensive for the service provided
The staff were nice enough, however I paid for an international move from UK which included all items being fully unpacked - for a five bedroomed, four reception room home. Day One enthusiasm started waning with the unpacking. They sent in half the staff on day two and by lunch all enthusiasm had vanished and they were just not getting on with the job. Suffice to say I eventually suggested they leave as they told me they were only allocated two days to do the entire load. This was a very large container load, in their words, so they completely under allocated staff and the staff just could not complete the job. So do not believe the “fully unpacked.’ They needed at least two extra days to finish the work. So over paid and company underdelivered.
