I contacted Trevor on 7 September 2023 as my Trojan Treadmill stopped working. He responded speedily on WhatsApp and came through the next day, where he sourced the fault. He then waited until I paid his call out fee and promised to return with a replacement part in a few days, as he had removed the faulty one. By 11 September, he messaged to say he was battling to find the part but was checking with more people the next day. I didn't hear anything the next day but waited, thinking he'll get back to me soon. I reached out on 18 September to query if the replacement part had been sourced but there was no reply. On 5 October, I messaged again as my phone calls were not answered, asking for the specific part details to see if I could source it myself, as I assumed this was why he didn't get back to me. I received no response. My impression is that when Trevor could not source the part, he ghosted me. It was such a disappointment in customer service. I thought he could have at least told me what the issue was, rather than completing ignoring me. Such unprofessional behaviour. Definitely cannot rely on Trevor and I do not recommend him for reliable service.
