I would also like to point out that the people who left positive reviews for OpticsDirect have all left similar positive reviews for companies also owned by All Net Holdings. Isn't that interesting. I have reported this to Hello Peter and await a response.

Shocking Service and still no product or refund.
This company will take your money via their online store and then they will inform you, after you enquire about delivery, that they don't have stock. Their call centre is impossible to reach - your calls will not get answered and will be cut off. I eventually got email contact but 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. A truly shocking experience. The business is owned by All Net Holdings. BEWARE.

BEWARE!! I purchased online from this business. A week later I had not received shipping notification and enquired via email only to be told they have no stock. I requested a refund via email. I tried to contact them via their call centre - no answer and eventually get cut off. After much wasted time, I spoke to a frazzled call centre employee who assured me I would get me refund and he would be available to contact. Unfortunately this was a lie. I have not received my refund and am unable to contact the company despite multiple attempts via call and email. Optics Direct is owned by All Net Holdings and I've read similar reviews of their other businesses. DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT SUPPORT.
