Do not trust
100% a ****. They deducted the same amount twice and when I cancelled my order they rep**** super fast but I still havent received the refund (since 3rd December) and then yesterday I got a notification that they were trying to take money again so I had to cancel my card.

Look twice before accepting.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Because of this experience I check all ends of the reviews for anything online. If there are bad reviews I check how far back it was and what has been said since then. This review is way too long overdue but I need to get it off my chest. I got married 13th May 2023 and received my images October 2023. This was after advising them via a wedding coordinator that we would bring the police to a wedding at the venue they were going to be at on a certain date. Yes they ended up sending us some images BUT besides having a filter slapped on it there was no editing (photographers I spoke to since this agree with that statement). We were also meant to receive a highlights video as well as a photo album middle of November 2023 and I am still waiting (Glad I didn't hold my breath 13th May 2025). They have changed their companies name a few times over the years so they are probably going under another name now but Erna and Jacques Atmore I want to know how do you sleep at night?

Our internet at home has dropped a lot the last while, it didn't happen for very long but this time we have been off since Tuesday evening (it is now Thursday) since logging the call last night 3 very helpful agents have closely monitored our line and followed up to make sure everything is working. A big thanks to Sikhumbuzo, Joshua and Ashwin. I don't know the technical terms for how it was fixed but we are up and running with great and friendly service!
