First order not canceled while its appeared out of stock and requested for it to be canceled, since I went out for second option which is less price
I orderd a weave from adequate hair studio on the 13th of december and they rep**** on the 18th telling me that the weave is out of stock, I cant get it mind you there was an event i wanted to use it for, they asked me if I can get another one…then i went for the second option..the problem I am getting now I dont get my refund and the status on pay just now App is showing the first order with the first price which is higher then the second one…when I am trying to reach them I cant get them on the call, if Iam using their whattsapp number they are not assisting me. I am so dissapointed with adequate hair studio, they service is bad they dont look out for us as customers.

Poor service
Iam so disappointed with Buffalo international logistic company, who were suppose to deliver my stuff on 18th june but they keep on lying that my contact details are not available, while my phone is on and receiving all other calls. I have been calling also their diffirent consultant maybe 8 times.but they keep on saying one and the same thing wait 24 hours, 48 hours...If i were to choose for my self from shein the other delivery company, I would have chosen another one. I am not happy.
