Thank you Paul!
I would like to thank Paul at American Shutters for going above and beyond to address concerns I previously raised, for his professional approach throughout our engagements, and for arranging for his amazing team to come out to look over, service and fix my shutters. Thank you Paul and the team for doing everything within your means to help get my shutters as good as new! Your kind and caring approach is much appreciated.

After-sales service non-existent
<div>So American Shutters installed shutters in my home. Some screws have fallen out and gone missing. Karen at American Shutters is unwilling to assist in providing parts to ensure these shutters continue to keep my home secure, as they 'no longer install this specific product' and told me that I must contact Shutter Supreme, their competitor, to get the spares myself. My suggestion - don't waste your time or money on American Shutters! If they change their product offering they will no longer be willing to repair damaged product and you will need to find spares and be willing to fix it yourself! Their after sales service is non-existent.</div>
