We rented a house from this agency. We were not told about any of the issues with the house when we went to look at the house nor were any of the issues disclosed to us at the time of signing the lease. We cannot stay in the house and are leaving because we cannot cook a meal because the oven trips the electricity nor can we use some of the cupboards because they are full of damp and mold along with security issues with the house, like security gates that do not function correctly. The agents deny knowing about the faults with the house but we have proof that they do!
