Do not do business with this company. They expect you to pay for things without supplying you with quotations. They take it upon themselves to determine the costs, which means you can forget about getting a deposit back for rental. They do not respond when you request your contract justifying your actions. Seems like the new norm, ***** people's deposits. Easy money for all.

We rented a house from this agency. We were not told about any of the issues with the house when we went to look at the house nor were any of the issues disclosed to us at the time of signing the lease. We cannot stay in the house and are leaving because we cannot cook a meal because the oven trips the electricity nor can we use some of the cupboards because they are full of damp and mold along with security issues with the house, like security gates that do not function correctly. The agents deny knowing about the faults with the house but we have proof that they do!

The worst real estate agent I've ever had to deal with. (Tanya) Always late for her appointments, blames load shedding for everything, doesn't reply to emails. Has a screaming match on the phone with you, talks over you then tells you to keep quiet and listen. As a director of a company, I was told to earn more (3 x my current salary) as I do not qualify for a 10k rental. (Hilarious) The agent continues to change her story, and when asked to put everything in writing, she refuses and blames the owner or the estate rules and committee. Everything she asked for we have followed including spending 3k on our dog to 'fit' in with the estate rules, which she doesn't provide in writing. She has changed the deposit from R10 250 to 20k to 16k all in a matter of a week. Even though I have it in writing as R10k. Do yourself a favour, don't use them, and read the reviews all over the internet. Absolutely shocking! She Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

1. When we moved in the previous tenants belongings was left here in the garage. Only fetched it around end May 23. 2. Monday 20th march 23 stove was “ordered’ received stove on the 2nd of June there is no plug on it, dirty and still awaiting installation (eventho Gena told us we getting a new stove from takealot) Electricity – 27th March we notified Gina that there is power issues and that when you switch the geyser off there is no electricity – We then requested a COC and we are still waiting. The electricity usage is still high and this is because 2 electricians mentioned the wiring of the property is not correct.Bath -31 March I sent Gena a message to let her know the bath is leaking badly – still waiting to be replacedThe main issue - On Monday 29th I asked Gena if the rates and taxes was paid because we cant load electricity and she said yes. - We logged a call with city of ekhululeni and waited 6 days - On day 7 I decided to go in and they mentioned that its blocked because of rates and taxes that’s not paid. - The total should be more than R11683.70 if we add the gas, water and my phone bill. The way forward - We want our deposit back in full - Want enough time to find a new place - We pay the amount outstanding and then the owner pays us the amount due to us.

What a horrible experience, intimidated, threatened and belittled. They contradic their own policies, change contractual rules as they please etc. I lost my job amd my affordability went down, I then ended my lease and paying the penalty, arranging to pay the shortfall on my account. Rudely putting the phone in my ear while I talk, threatening to blacklist me; in that event I will approach the ombudsman. When you sign and pay you are the perfect client, at the end of the relationship you are treated very disrespectfully. They, now, they want to phone irrelevant people who no longer reside and or part of the lease agreement, futher demoralising me my and damaging my reputation. I have requested a payment arrangement, no response amd arrogantly been intimidated via phonecall.

Absolutely disgusting service. My Fiance was highly offended by what they put on our inspection sheet. First we were forced to move out by 2pm but the estate agents weren't there to do inspection until after we left at 5pm we were still waiting for them to show up. They want to deduct faults that were in the flat from our deposit. We have been waiting 17 days for our deposit to be returned even though on day 14 it was supposed to be returned to us. My email was ignored and so was my Fiance's calls and messages and only on day 14 they said they will let us know, from the reviews I have read many people seem to complain about not getting their deposit back and also it being done late. These people will find any way to keep your deposit, it's not the first time it has happened to us, the previous time they did the same thing to us. I don't recommend anyone renting through these people, you will lose all your money and you will be treated like ****. We won't stop fighting until we get our money back, I don't mind paying for a cleaner if that's what they really want but still don't understand how it has to be done 17 days later when there are already tenants in there and since when do you pay a cleaner more than R300? How do people sleep at night knowing they have ****** people like this?????????

The agency itself, was prompt with replies and deadlines initially. Unfortunately I was liaising with the intern agents who are probably still in training however, they pitched up half an hour late for a viewing. Which I accepted an apology once we got to the viewing. The intern agent was slow with responding to messages and calls. Her colleague who she worked with was Lesley Broadbent, was extremely rude on calls. I was upset by her behavior, as I've worked with many estate agents and have never met such an unprofessional agent. I eventually had to liaise with the manager (who was friendly and efficient) I was trying to sort out a query for the past 3 days with the intern agents. It was sorted out in a 15 minute phone call with the manager. The intern agents will bring the companies ratings down. Its advisable to also check out the companies Google reviews.
