Horrible Experience - They are supposed to be accessibility friendly. The handrails in the bathrooms are not fitted in the bathroom and it was lose and cannot handle what it was meant to do. I am recovering from an ankle operation, and on balancing myself on the rail, it rattled, I lost my balance and fell. Causing further injuries to my ankle; I had to go do scans and see my orthopedic surgeon again, and also, I have a large bruise and cut on my lead and the right side of my body is covered in bruises and pain as I hit the side of the Bath and spout as I fell. I have requested a response from Management at Marriot Protea Umhlanga and still received no response.
What a horrible experience: Been verbally abused by staff, intimidated and victimized in my own complex, found their staff trespassing and opening my house doors. Management screamed at me ad defamated me infront of the entire Restaurant clientel. Met with management as I refused to pay my bill untill the matter was resolved. Caught staff belittling and gossiping about clients in Shona, their staff cry to clientelle about their own poor workenvironments etc. The food is not up to standard as I have complained before, nothing came from it. I am still being victimized and my request to act on the matter fell on deaf ears. Considering openong a case of defamation and trespassing. Found one of the staff members eating with their hands, on the bar out of a clients plate - mentioned this to management, no response. The facility os very unwelcoming, blasting music and the staff having parties in the back kitchen leaving the entire facility unsupervised. I am settling my bill today, but not ever again. Thank you.
Last nigth...at ETC, we saw a woman asualting 2 gentleman while the bouncers sit and laugh while on duty. While instructing her to leave as we refuse to be witness to this, one of the Bartenders stole our corporate phone out of our company vehicle on their business property. We requested SAPS Lyttleton to assist, where infront of them, Management admitted that their staff member stole the phone while we were distracted and handed it back to us in the presence of SAPS confirming the ********ity. Lyttleton SAPS did NOT prosecute the culprit and management defended him while the bouncers screamed at a Panzie representative. We demanded that the SAPS request the Zimbabwean bartender to present his work permit, which they did not; eventually Panzies left dumb struck while the Bouncers befriended the SAPS officials. Thank you, not in our name and our hard earned assets and money; this after we protected your public image during a heated common assault situation, and witness to many, nothing was done? Who exactly are supposed to feel safe her? Any similar experiences? Please email info@panzies.org.za - we will be laying charges in the morning at Lyttleton SAPS. They were unreliable, biased and befriended and did not ***low protocol; we will be meeting with the station commander and requesting video footage as proof.
What a horrible experience, intimidated, threatened and belittled. They contradic their own policies, change contractual rules as they please etc. I lost my job amd my affordability went down, I then ended my lease and paying the penalty, arranging to pay the shortfall on my account. Rudely putting the phone in my ear while I talk, threatening to blacklist me; in that event I will approach the ombudsman. When you sign and pay you are the perfect client, at the end of the relationship you are treated very disrespectfully. They, now, they want to phone irrelevant people who no longer reside and or part of the lease agreement, futher demoralising me my and damaging my reputation. I have requested a payment arrangement, no response amd arrogantly been intimidated via phonecall.
