They deduct my money with the promise of removing me from debt review but not.

Bond and Personal loan
Please help.I paid my Absa bond in complete in 2022.Sometime in September 2022 Absa said I am having an outstanding of R18 000.00.I paid that a ND was also advised at the bank to cancel the Absa insurance because I was having my own insurance. On the 5th December 2022 the cancelation forms was submitted to the Absa insurance department but they say I must pay R22000.00 which is the money accrued due to insurance. As a result the attorney can't proceed with the cancelation of the bond.Secondly I am having a personal bond with Absa which I am paying on monthly basis through Thumamina Debt Solutions but Absa handed me to their legal department for collections. I am now sitting with summons.Could you please help.

Please help.On the 25thJune 2024 my FNB account was debited for R8000.00 by a certain debt review but when I ask FNB who are these people they tell me they can't help and they gave me 0102882921 phone number which does not work.
