I've been purchasing the prepaid 30 day fibre data bundle from this company for the past 3 months with no issues. However this time it failed to activate, though money was deducted. I reported the matter with all the evidence, emailed, whatsapped and called. I've gone from technical and sales to a very condescending person in accounts. It doesn't seem like anyone is capable or even interested in assisting. Due to the poor customer service I would not recommend this company. And still have no internet connection.
I was told that if I paid, the SIM card would be delivered in 5 working days. I made the payment, sent proof, and even set up the debit order. I have yet to receive even a tracking number. The SIM card is still being 'prepared.' Worse, I'm spending money on data to stay connected in the meantime, which defeats the purpose of switching from my old data provider.
