Terrible Service and skimping on the product used.
Absolutely the worst after service I have ever experienced. We spent over R80 000 having our floor redone. Not even 3 months later the floor is lifting, chipping and cracking throughout the house. I have tried making contact for over a month and I am either ignored or false promises are made. Absolutely devastated about our floor after spending so much money. DO NOT USE this company at all. It might look pretty right after but they skimp on the product so in essence not giving you the full value of your money spent and it doesn’t last. VERY DISAPPOINTING, stay away.

Terrible
You guys have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. First order I placed you said you had stock, took my money, only for you to tell me you actually don’t have stock and gave me a store credit. I place another order and pay for priority shipping as I’m traveling overseas on Sunday and there is just one story after the next and delays bla bla bla. I won’t get my order in time which is so disappointing. I will never order from you guys again.
