I thank the reviews on this page as i was about to be ****med as i filled in the Facebook form for life cover, but something told me that research this company before you continue and i trust this platform thank you people for warning us.
I write this review with heavy heart, I do not even have a vodacom number it's hard to even call vodacom customer care I need your help here's my story. There's a ***** contract that has been opened under my name in march the debit order was R256.... I went to bank and reverse my money and was charged R47 for that. Come month end April the debit order hike to R2200.... That's when i went to vodacom in May to lodge a complain they said i must go to police station to write affidavit explaining what happened which i did and a copy of my ID and 3 signatures to lodge a ***** case. Went to nank to reverse my money again was charged R47 apparently that's a charge for reversal not knowing that this is a *****. Come end May debit order went through for R2900.... This time I went back to vodacom shop again to ask how far with the investigation and when are they going to stop this nonsense and I was told they don't have access to that only ***** and risk department that can stop it but still they will need to investigate first before they can stop it and was shocked with that answer. Mind you everytime i reversed a debit order im being charged R47 to top it all my debit order get bounced because it goes through first even before mine even now i still have debit order that will come tomorrow since month end is on weekend but theirs it's through yesterday. Friday was end of june guess what their debit order went through yesterday now it's R4251.... Which left me penniless my debit orders on Monday will be dishonored because of vodacom. Now am beginning to involve my lawyers in this matter to get all my monies for dishonored debit orders and reversal fee and to clear my name on credit score. It's the fifth month talking the same thing with same company no response from that ***** department. Vodacom why you doing this to us cause i just read the same review as mine even worse the debit order of R37000... For someone who reported the ***** but you doing nothing to resolved it you not even block the person then continue with your investigation this is a disgrace. Even on your customer service line 135 there's no option to report a ***** now i am forced to cut my leave short and go back to the city to escalate this as i am in rural areas now. I don't wish to have anything to do with vodacom if this is how they treat their customers with their hard earned money 💔😭 Hope this will escalate to the relevant people and get resolved quickly before i take this matter to my lawyers.
