Generator King inferior product and poor after sales service

Purchased a 44 kW Generator from Generator King in July 2022. Shortly after delivery rust started to appear on the generator enclosure and has become progressively worse over time. Reached out to Customer Services at Generator King for assistance in resolving the issue. Enquired about possibility of refurbishing the existing enclosure (at own cost) or purchasing a replacement enclosure. "Customer Services" representative totally indifferent and advised that they were unable to assist. Have been advised that the rust issue on these enclosures is a common occurrence and that these generators are not specified for outdoor applications (not specified at time of purchase). DO NOT recommend this company as the product supp**** was of an inferior quality and their after sales service is non existent.
