Unacceptable Service

I would not recommend Gary's Gardens at all. He installed an irrigation system for me, did not leave instructions on how the timer works, ignored my calls. I got through one morning and a promise was made that someone would be through on the Tuesday morning. Person did not pitch and no apology or anything. Another time was made and when I followed up, the person said Gary told him he had made another time with me. Absolute lie. I was quoted as per Gary that a Gardena timer would be installed, this was not the case even though that was what I was charged for. He installed a TAP timer which goes for R817 on takealot. For the money I paid, I was **********. Found the timer online and programmed myself. Irrigation does not water some of my garden and I have lost plants and grass because of this. I now need pay more money to get another company to fix the irrigation! Gary has no integrity and certainly will never recommend this company.
