Poor quality product
I purchased a handbag from Sissy Boy in September 2025 at the Atterbury value mart branch. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the handbag. Despite normal and careful use, the item has shown significant deterioration, which is unacceptable given the brand’s reputation and the price point of the product. The overall workmanship and durability do not reflect a reasonable standard of quality, nor do they align with my expectations as a customer. A handbag is not an occasional-use item, and I would expect it to maintain its condition over a reasonable period of time. The issues I am experiencing indicate poor quality and have left me disappointed with my purchase
