Nomthandazo Magubane: Rude and Unproffessional
BL Debt Collectors' service is so unprofessional and Pathetic. I was contacted by Nomthandazo Magubane, who was rude and disrespectful, and made a particularly unpleasant comment about how I was running away from paying R160. I don't even know what it is for. Probably, training your consultants must be BL Debt Collectors' priority. Nomthandazo she needs training, or she is going nowhere slowly.

Thank you for an exceptional service.
Would like to thank Thabiso Mp**** ( Kgethogolo) for an exceptional service he rendered. Going extra mile on assisting us when we got a tyre burst around 02:00 in the morning with my family near Kroonstad. He went all out to assist us even outsourcing someone closer to where we were without charging us extra costs.not even complaining about calling him after hours. Keep up the good work and keep on excelling in what you do. Thanks once again Kgethogolo, the name says it all
