I have now been battling for 3 weeks to cancel my home internet account with Telkom - every time I do reach a consultant, their system is offline. They require one month's notice on my current contract. Does the previous three weeks now count as part of the notice period??? I have now spent hours trying to get this cancellation done, and the online option is also not working. how do i cancel my contract????????????????????????
Auto Magic Menlyn was supposed to do a list of repairs on my vehicle, and on Thursday 3 October 2024 when I collected my vehicle, the let me wait for 55 minutes before my vehicle was brought out. Then they just wanted to hand over the vehicle without discussing the repairs, and upon inspection, very little of the repairs were executed. Further to this they damaged by car door by taking paint off in the polishing process. I have submitted a complaint to Auto Magic HO Customer Care and to date I could not get feedback, just empty promises. The customer care agent was also impatient and sarcastic, so my expectation of getting a resolve currently is very low.
No joy from the King! I have been battling to finalise my claim now for two weeks, with no constructive feedback. Every time I had to follow up. The the phone auto answer stipulates business hours to 18:00 and for the third time in a row I only got to the after hours emergency at 17:00???? I still had a query on my claim, and is not satisfied with the result on two items, but cannot get feedback, and now King Price says my claim is finalised????? This is making think about getting quotes and spend my premium somewhere else.
Currently paying almost ZAR1,200.00 per month for the highest level of fibre internet Telkom can offer... Not getting that service though! The internet is slow, severely unstable and sometimes even down. Every time I have to call Telkom on my own phone minutes, and then they just "clear" the line, ask to do a speed test and thinks all is OK> After a few hours we are back at poor levels again. When will I get the service I am paying for in full - not just sometimes? I deserve the full value for my money! Appalling, cannot keep having these problems. Speed Test just now = 12mbps download!!! Aramex Clearance Department Johannesburg proved to offer NON-EXISTENT SERVICE. They are negligent in the handling of their customers' affairs. We have paid customs duties on an urgent parcel on the 10th of September 2020 over to Aramex, and to date the parcel is not released! It turns out that on 21 September 2020 these funds were still not allocated to SARS. I have made numerous calls and sent even more emails and still no parcel and no resolve. This parcel arrived in Sa on 14 July 2020 already!!!! How is this possible?
These people HARRASS CALL me without permission and without stopping - in my official working hours. I have NEVER contacted them, and will NEVER do so. Then, when I politely request them to remove my number from all platforms, the initially FAKE friendly consultant LLOYD slams down the phone in my ear. I will also now contanct the Tourism board with a complaint. We need to close these clowns down.
As per my review of 7 August 2017, we are now at 16 October 2017, no resolve as yet. Telkom stole another 2 x R826-00 from my bank account. Telkom has no debit order authorisation and they are charching me for two connections whilst I have only one! No resolve, no commitment, even no reaction. What exactly is my recourse here, against whom do I lay a charge of theft? Ref no ********** .
<p>Telkom has been taking funds from my bank account for the past 12 months for which I have not authorised a debit order. They illegally LINKED an LTE account that was never ACTIVATED to an existing CELL PHONE account and adding the LTE account without ANY authorisation to the existing debit order. I have visted the outlets, they are hopeless!!!!! I have spoken to customer services, but nobody ever gets back to me. EVERY MONTH TELKOM proceeds with the theft of my money. This has to stop now. I still have the old fibre optic data connection at my house, for which I pay every month. The LTE was NEVER ACTIVATED!!!! How can I pay for TWO connections at one home??????? I need unrgent intenvetion now. The monies taken from my bank account must be reversed and given back to me!!!!!</p>
After I reported Telkom on Hellopeter on 4 Dec, I got a call from their response office with promises of my problem being attended to. NOT SURPRISINGLY, AFTER THAT - NOTHING!! ANOTHER WEEK GOING BY - I HAVE NO ACCOUNT NO, I CANNOT SUCCESSFULLY LOG A FAULT, MY HANDS ARE TIED! ALL I KNOW FOR SURE IS THAT I HAVE NO WORKING DATA, AND I AM GETTING BILLED FOR THAT?!?!?!?!?!?! THIS IS NOW THE THIRD WEEK OF FRUSTRATION. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE AT TELKOM THAT CAN HELP?!?!?!
I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO A TELKOM FIBTE LTE DATA INSTALLATION, BUT MY SALES REP, KARABO SEATE NEVER SEND MY ORDER THROUGH TO ME. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE ON 07 NOV 2015, AND WAS WORKING UNTIL 2 WEEKS AGO. FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET THROUGH TO FAULT LOGGING, BUT ALWAYS MUSIC PLAYTING FOR HOURS AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING. TODAY WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH, THEY INSISTED THEY CANNOT HELP ME WITHOUT MY 10-DIGIT LINE NO - WHICH I DO NOT HAVE!!!! BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER SENT!!!!! NOW ANOTHER FEW HOURS TO TRY AND GET SOMEONE FROM SALES TO ASSIST ME...... THIS IS APPALING SERVICE!!! SO NOW I CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I CANNOT GET ONE PERSON TO ASSIST ME!!!!
