Terrible experience in SITE B, KHAYELITSHA UBUNTU CLINIC, CAPE TOWN

On July 8, 2024, I visited the clinic to collect my medication, but was shocked by the rude behavior of the reception staff. An older male staff member, wearing a red top and black hat, spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, telling me to 'come back tomorrow' without even looking at me. He was too busy on his phone to care about my needs. This isn't my first bad experience with this staff member, and I've consistently encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the nursing staff. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. It's unacceptable for healthcare professionals to behave this way. I hope someone takes notice and takes action to address these issues.
