This company is clearly a **** and the guy that answers the phone sounds like he is high and not really willing to help. ***** is all I can say such a shame that we have companies such as this in South Africa.
This is probably the worst internet service provider. The network is off every other day and now it is at a point where it is off everyday, we phoned them 2 days in a row and they said that they are experiencing problems but did not give a reason or a estimate of when it will be resolved, the consultant also mentioned that the entire province is off. Speaking of phoning them, that is when they take a break from the hard work of tea time and decide to answer the phone. So we just have to except the half hearted sorry and be happy with the terrible service ? Come end of the month the ammount is the same and should you not pay you get switched off. Why pay for a service you are not getting? I am a man of logic and logic dectates that if you have a problem that keeps arising why not find an alternative ? I know I will be finding an alternative... NEW SERVICE PROVIDER. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. The secret service uses this as a torture technique.
