Horrible Service by Hertz Car Rental Durban Airport:
I rented a Car from Hertz at the Durban Airport, I took it back a month later I took it back. A few weeks later they riped R2386.00 from my bank account siting that it was because I returned their car a few hours before it was required to be there. The return of the vehicle was discussed with them and I was guaranteed that I won't suffer any financial harm.

Disgruntled, disappointed, dissatisfied and angered Capitec Customer
Good Day Capitec users. I am a Capitec customer as well, a very disgruntled customer due to Capitec's recent actions towards me as an innocent black man in South Africa. On Saturday the 06th of July 2024 I sold my vehicle to young white gentleman, subsequently Capitec frose my funds. On Monday the 08th of July 2024 I phoned Capitec Customer Care Services and they informed me to submit an affidavit to a branch which I did. The following day on the 09th the money was still on hold: I subsequently phoned the Customer Care once again and this time they change to say I must submit the affidavit once more and any proof that this was not proceeds of ***** but an exchange of money for a vihicle. On the same day 09/07/2024 subsequently submitted My ID (Certified), Proof of payment from the buyer/sender of funds, yellow form that is the the documentation that was completed during the sale of motor vehicle and the affidavit. The sender of funds who happens to be white, his funds on his account were not frozen / put on hold and even this time I'm writing this his account is running as normal even though the bank told me that it not my account that is being investigated but his, the gentleman presented himself to the bank and was positively identified, he explained everything in an attempt to assist. To this day the 11th of July 2024 I do not have access to the funds in my account, it is still on hold. Mind you as this is happening I paid a deposit of R5000 to a vehicle salvage auction house knowing that I would use the funds to pay for the vehicle that I bid on. As it stands I am at a verge of loosing the R5000 deposit paid to the Auction House, I cannot pay for transport to work, I cannot buy food, I cannot buy a car, I owe money to people yet I have money place on hold by Capitec wrongfully so and they refuse to do so. Today the 11th of July 2024 and a 06th day since Capitec placed a hold on my funds. I keep being sent from pillar to post, it seems like the days are becoming a week, weeks will become months and months into years.
