1The service was terrible, the manager called Brian didn’t want to serve us drinks that were drinkable. The staff treated us like we not paying customers. It gets a 1 star for me
If there's one company that will send your account to debt collectors without even getting a chance to understand where the arrears are coming from or even dispute it, it's Vodacom. I tried calling the call centres and they are honestly never willing to help, they send you to different departments that spend time listening to your query, only to tell you that they can't help you. I am writing to dispute a recent bill in my fibre account balance (). • In August 2023, I signed a contract for Vodacom fibre services. My account transitioned from a month-to-month agreement to a contract after two years. • In February 2024, Vodacom informed me that my account had not been debited for several months (They were the ones who did not debit my account), resulting in a balance of R3400. My internet service was subsequently disconnected. • I requested a payment plan to settle the outstanding amount, which was unfortunately denied. • I gathered the R3400 and attempted to make the payment. However, I was informed that the balance had risen to R8356. They have no sent my account to debt collectors, when I have not been using the services
