extremely shocked

This company has ****** the gate motor of our organisation which is a disability home. They literally held us ransom saying their technicians cannot leave unless we pay them but they provided no service except to assess what was wrong with motor. They wanted us pay R14300 for installation of a new D5 motor. We did not except this quote but we immediately paid them R2300 for the call out. Despite payment they still took our D10 gate motor on Tuesday 17 June 2025 and despite demand have not returned it 20 June 2025.

Total harassment. Total ****

This company has been harassing me for about 4 years. But the two years has been nothing but torture. They call me at least 7x everyday looking for 3 different people. If I do answer I tell them I am not that person but nothing changes. I feel so violated. I do not believe any company can treat people this way. How does still exist when it has so so many bad reviews and experiences.
