I do not recommend Sorbet
Sorbet Men Brooklyn – Very poor experience. My usual barber was unavailable, so my son and I tried Sorbet Men in Brooklyn. We were seen by two different barbers. My son’s haircut was slightly better than mine but still uneven on top. Mine was unacceptable. I asked for a simple number-2 on the sides blended into the top — a basic, standard cut. Instead, the barber ran the number-2 from my ear straight up to about halfway up my head with no blending at all. One side is especially bad; the other side is only marginally better. It looks terrible. The whole process took about an hour, and within five minutes I was already concerned that he didn’t know what he was doing. I now have a haircut that will take weeks to grow out before it looks normal again. I would not recommend getting a haircut here.

No Show - Jeep GCM Servive Devision
I phoned Grand Central Motors JCD to get a quote for a 90’000 km service on my Jeep Wrangler. Now, a week later, don’t have a quote yet. Judging by GCM’s ratings here I’m probably better off going to a different American SUV service agent.

Lets start class action law suit against them
Please stop calling me. To all other irritated persons reading this I suggest we get together and start a class action lawsuit against this company. Reply to this message if you want to join. If we get enough people so we can spread the cost of a lawyer we sue them. Some businesses just wont listen to reasonable requests.

Stock issues
I've been buying from Toolcraft for several years and have always been very happy with their service. I have however noticed that range of hand tools they have in stock has reduced to the extend where one is forced to look elsewhere. A lot of the products I look at, like Luban planes and Veritas saws have been out of stock for a really long time.

Worst customer service from any courier, ever!
I’ve been waiting on UPS to deliver a package for the past week. UPS’s app indicated that delivery would be made on Tuesday 15 Dec. I stayed at home the entire day, but no delivery was made. On Thursday 17 Dec I got a notice that a final attempt at delivery had been made and that no further attempts would be made. I called UPS and spoke to Glen at customer care who promised to follow up on Monday 21 Dec. He never did. I called the customer care line again on Monday, and spoke to Charlene who promised that delivery would definitely be made on Monday or Tuesday (21 or 22 Dec). This morning (22 Dec) UPS’s website indicated Delivery had been rescheduled. I called customer service again and was assured by Angel that delivery would be made today (22 Dec). It is now 18:38 on Tuesday evening and no delivery was made. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a courier, bar none!

Horrible online shopping experience!
I contacted Karibaa to find out whether they had stock of a particular item, before placing the order. Their consultant confirmed (eventually) that they did have stock, and that the product would be delivered. Subsequent to our chat, I immediately placed the order and paid via direct payment portal. 3 days later, they inform me that they are out of stock. I highly doubt they ever had the stock in the fist place. I would not advise anyone to buy from Karibaa

These guys get Customer Service!
I have placed another order with BPM, and as always, their service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. This is really a great company to do business with. I would love to visit their shop in Cape Town some day.

Great products, great service, great experience
I have bought quite a number of items from this store on several occasions. They carry a great range of quality products, and have given me great service on every occasion. The owner even sent me a personal email to thank me for the order placed with them. I have never received a personal email from a store owner to thank me for my business before. This attention to detail is, in my opinion, what makes BPM Toolcraft such a great place to shop. I can really recommend toolcraft.co.za as a great place to shop.
