Unprofessional

Contacted this damp proofer because they had a high rating and their website claimed "We currently operate in: Cape Town, Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Northern Suburbs". They claimed they were fully booked until after Winter but could still book me in. Then they asked what street I lived on because "I do need to first assess your location in the CBD as by-laws in the centre of town are hectically strict". I gave the address then I got "unfortunately we do need to decline to quote. Possibly gain a recommendation for a company that possibly works in and around the CBD rather". I think they feel because they don't need custom can they can mess anyone around anyhow. I'm relieved they have exposed their unprofessionalism at such an early stage before getting more involved.
