Lying Sales Agents
2026/01/28 I had a bad experience with one of their sales agent, they made me sign up for something under false pretense on some, they are giving me free data.

Bad Service
Opened an account with them and they said they'll send an email immediately to confirm and they didn't. Called and no one answered, sent emails and still wasn't helped.

Poor Customer Services
Haven't had internet connection for over a month, recently paid again and I've been trying to get help from the agents only to be told to wait for the an agent and that never happens.
