Have you ever planned an exciting trip to a place you have never been to before & when you get there you wonder why the he'll you bothered. The assistance I got upon making the booking was fine although not much information was provided as I was shocked when discovering that a lot was not shared with me when making the reservation. *On arrival we were assisted by a don't care & very rude reception personnel & with totally no welcoming spirit at all.l mean the guy's face was screaming annoyed the whole entire time. *I was given a registration A4 form that apparently had indicated that no aircon was working in the room & not offered an alternative or even atleast be made aware of this issue as part of the check-in process. * We were taken up the stairs to the room without being informed or given an option to choose whether we will be comfortable with it or not since I'm traveling with kids. *After getting into the room we realised that the aircon wasn't working,went straight to reception to enquire & was shown an A4 form indicating that aircons are not working.I then asked for an alternative plan for a fan & only then it was provided. *The following day my husband had asked for an iron & ironing board & guess what...we had to wat for more than 45 minutes to be ssssited & to top it up we were told to hurry with it,i mean whet the hell😡 *We were never told that we needed to leave the room key for the apartment to be cleaned & had to come back to an unattended apartment,no refreshed towels,no toilet paper. *I commend the guy who was working at night as he seemed more friendly & willing to help that late. This has been the worst experience of my life & will never recomend Vetho Apartments to anyone, it was a disgrace & they do not have a clue of what the hospitality industry is about.They need to shut down,revemp,take their staff for real customer service & housekeeping training. I cant believe this,im so lost for words
I can't even count how many times I have reached out to dstv regarding my home internet & im still sitting with the same problem. My kids are frustrated,can't do their home works as they can't access the internet,I can't work & yet I'm paying for a service im not receiving.I've been told everything is fine on their side & even told me to go find a multichoice shop & ask for assistance. Again when I got there I'm told I must contact the call center i mean this is ridiculous really.How many times must one contact you guys & just be assistance one time. All these calls wastes time & money that I don't have. I cannot believe that now I even had to get data for this review yet I owe you guys nothing. I want feedback & reimbur*****t for this now,I'm not going to be sitting here with no internet yet paying.
