I made a call this morning it was unswered at Reception then the call was transferred to registration dept and it was unswered by ZINE. How can someone be this rude to clients? My query was my my invoice has expired and I could not log on to my details. She was very impatient with me and she shouted and kept on saying HAIBO! HAIBO! When I complained about the tone of her voice it seemed like I made things worse,. I'm very dissatisfied by how the lady treated me
Very dissatisfied with the service I received, I had made a call in oder to receive clarity on my 2 policies. I spoke to Kamva who had asked me some security questions I answered 3/4, one question was the email address that I had used when I took out policies. I don't remember it, I know it's procedure but at this moment I am unable to visit the branch due to ill health. My query is simple I checked those policies on App and I see that premiums are increasing every year but cover amount is not increasing. I. Wanted to review the policy and maybe make some adjustment. Kindly assist
It's with a great disappointment that I'm not able to get any help at MILPARK education, I have made several request via student support email, the latest enquiry was sent 4 days ago. I was Informed that the turn around time for response is 48 hours. This morning when I phone to make a follow up I was told to make an enquiry on student portal which I cannot find at all. My student no is MI0195222 I need credits for a Qualification that I completed in 2014
