I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their communication style feels extremely aggressive and unprofessional. They constantly bombard clients with calls, SMS messages, and emails that come across as threatening regarding payments. What is even more concerning is that I made my payment on 27 February and sent proof of payment to Thabo, one of their consultants, on the same day. Despite this, I was still receiving payment reminder emails and SMS messages as late as 10 March. This raises serious concerns about their internal processes and how they manage client records. Once a client has paid and provided proof, their account should be updated promptly to avoid unnecessary harassment. Overall, the experience made the company seem unreliable and *************, and it shows a lack of respect for their clients. I strongly recommend that they improve their communication practices and update their systems to properly reflect payments received.
