I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their communication style feels extremely aggressive and unprofessional. They constantly bombard clients with calls, SMS messages, and emails that come across as threatening regarding payments. What is even more concerning is that I made my payment on 27 February and sent proof of payment to Thabo, one of their consultants, on the same day. Despite this, I was still receiving payment reminder emails and SMS messages as late as 10 March. This raises serious concerns about their internal processes and how they manage client records. Once a client has paid and provided proof, their account should be updated promptly to avoid unnecessary harassment. Overall, the experience made the company seem unreliable and *************, and it shows a lack of respect for their clients. I strongly recommend that they improve their communication practices and update their systems to properly reflect payments received.

Legal Emails confusing and repeat of email over & over, don't respond when you reply on their emails. Bill due 31 Dec'25 but claim payment by 19th Dec'25, 30 days of receiving email dated 17 Dec'25????

Telkom did not take the debit order and Telkom sent me a message stating “ Telkom SA: Dear customer, your debit order rejected. Please make a Cash or EFT payment to prevent service interruption.” with no bank details, 7 days later I’m being harassed by these Nudebt messages threatening me about sending me summons. I have paid Telkom and I’m still getting these messages.

I am continuously receiving emails that I am in arrears on my telkom mobile account. I pay my account via EFT every month, and even pay more than what I am billed. Because telkom REFUSES to accept my payments as a valid payment method, and also REFUSES to remove / stop the Debit order on my bank account, I am 'handed over' every 2nd month. I am getting sick and tired of this treatment. I am even threatened with judgment and 7 days payment notice

i have been received inundated emails from this company requesting a payment for a Telkom account that has been settled already. i have sent them proof of settlement, however their emails never stop. i am now being threatened to being bad listed and handed over. they don't answer the number provided, do not respond to emails or watsapp messages. i'm starting to think that this company is a huge ****... absolutely frustrating!!!!!!

I've been receiving continous emails stating I will face judgments on my name without any solid feedback, they have requested for me to pay R1525.57 for a telkom account, which I did make payment for but they are not giving me any feedback as to what's going on. Whether the account is opened or closed, zero communication. Just automated emails demanding for me to pay, I don't know if I have been ****med.

I've also been receiving ENDLESS sms messages from this "company" threatening me with judgements for an UNKNOWN AMOUNT relating to a supposed telkom debt which was resolved years ago. They never call back, or give any details of the supposed debt - just their bank details!!! I'm sick and tired of being harassed by them 😡 I've noticed that they also never respond to the hellopeter reviews. It's disgusting.
