Formal complain
Beware of this conpany. They will balcklist you even when they are dibiting your money every month. & they will never clear you never. I m’m waiting for clearance letter since october 2025

Formal complain regarding Nedbank credit card payment service
Please avoid taking credit card with Nedbank. They put you on arrears even when you are paying every month. Once you are done paying they will never coear you and give you clearance letter. Instead they will keep on debit and when you call they will say we will refund and give you clearance letter but you won’t see that happening. I have been waiting for coearance letter and my regund since september

MTN CONTRACT
Becarefull when you take contract with them, they will debit you even after the term has come to an end, you call to cancel they will put you in arrears & they will never clear you. They keep on telling you your now coeared and we will send you clearance letter in 14 days. I have been waiting for mine since october. NB: Think twice before taking MTN contract, you will stuck with them forever
