I HAD MY GARAGE DOOR SERVICED AT THE END OF APRIL . THEY HAD DONE THE JOB BUT WERE SO SLOPPY AS THE GUYS PROBABLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING . THEY CALLED ME A WEEK LATER AND THE OWNER HARASSED ME FOR PAYMENT . NOW A MONTH LATER , THE GARAGE DOOR IS MAKING A HORRIBLE SOUND AND I CALLED IN AS THE SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TOBE SERVICED EVERY YEAR SO IT SHOULD LAST A YEAR . THE RECEPTIONIST, BIANCA POINT BLANK WON'T TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE MANAGER AND THEY REFUSE TO COME OUT AND CHECK UNLESS I PAY FOR A SEPARATE JOB . RUDE ON THE PHONE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... NO GUARANTEE ON THEIR JOBS !
I had Postex collect Police Clearance paperwork from Midrand on Friday and then decided not to complete the process being Monday morning . I called Natasha about 30 minutes after I processed payment for R1675 this morning (being Monday) . They now want to retain approx R1000 for the courier service of collection of the documentation from Midrand to themselves which could have been at most R350 for a courier service . Very disappointing as it seems like they don't return your money even if they haven't done anything for you. Be very certain before you deposit the money as it seems like they out to make a quick buck for nothing .
