I HAD MY GARAGE DOOR SERVICED AT THE END OF APRIL . THEY HAD DONE THE JOB BUT WERE SO SLOPPY AS THE GUYS PROBABLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING . THEY CALLED ME A WEEK LATER AND THE OWNER HARASSED ME FOR PAYMENT . NOW A MONTH LATER , THE GARAGE DOOR IS MAKING A HORRIBLE SOUND AND I CALLED IN AS THE SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TOBE SERVICED EVERY YEAR SO IT SHOULD LAST A YEAR . THE RECEPTIONIST, BIANCA POINT BLANK WON'T TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE MANAGER AND THEY REFUSE TO COME OUT AND CHECK UNLESS I PAY FOR A SEPARATE JOB . RUDE ON THE PHONE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... NO GUARANTEE ON THEIR JOBS !

Horrible experience with this company. Spent over 100k on 3 premium garage doors for my new home . Excuses started thereafter. Late installation and they damaged the doors by dropping them on installation. The actual installation was not done correctly also. Numerous lies, broken promises and excuses thereafter for almost a year!! Even blaming me for damaging the doors at one point to try get out of the damaged doors they caused. Fortunate had written and photographic evidence to back me up. They lodged insurance claims then ignoredme thereafter for months. 2 staff members left and I had to explain all issues yet again to Vanessa which was mostly clueless but gloats about how long they are in business - in a demeaning manner. They then Blamed centurion motors, load shedding, staffing issues, manufacturer etc as excuses and 10 + months later never bothered to resolve my issues leaving me no option but to eventually hire someone else to fix the problems. Owner and wife Brad talk a big talk and belittle you by saying they have hundreds of installations and “big” corporate clients. Owner Brad finally contacted me and promised to solve the issues the next day and never bothered to get back to me - yet again!! Don’t ever pay upfront, in full, for services which is what this company requires then messes you around and will leave you out of pocket - Stay away!

Terrible service on all levels. Installation done incorrectly. No communication. Management refused to even come to site despite repeated requests and resolve the issue.

The company installed a wooden gate which they said is rot proof and good quality. Hardly 6 months after installation, the gate is rotting and when I try to get them to site to inspect the gate I am sent from pillar to post and I am not assisted.

Charged for nearly 4 hours of labour and the issue was still not fixed.<br> The problem was sorted out eventually, but after trying to negotiate with the owner over the 4 hours of charged labour I am left wondering why I am wasting my time doing business with them.<br> It is clear to me that the owner is not bothered in retaining customers.<br> Sad to see.
