Purchased an expensive full leather lounge set. After some time we found the metal leg broke off. Upon inspection you can see it broke on the weld. Logged to leather gallery and kept Chasing up with warranty claim.. finally they respond and advise that the legs of the furniture is not part of the frame and they don’t cover it which is ludicrous as the legs are integral to the frame and structure of the unit. They then say I must pay to have an assessment done and see if it can be fixed?! Very bad service and quality on their products. Their warranties mean nothing - DO NOT BUY!
Over 1 week offline, no response execeot to say “we will get back to you “ - it first time either. Then they closed the call unresolved - asked for manage no call back. Will cancel all services and move - always ask about an isp support turnaround when signing up as axxess will let you down!!
Horrible experience with this company. Spent over 100k on 3 premium garage doors for my new home . Excuses started thereafter. Late installation and they damaged the doors by dropping them on installation. The actual installation was not done correctly also. Numerous lies, broken promises and excuses thereafter for almost a year!! Even blaming me for damaging the doors at one point to try get out of the damaged doors they caused. Fortunate had written and photographic evidence to back me up. They lodged insurance claims then ignoredme thereafter for months. 2 staff members left and I had to explain all issues yet again to Vanessa which was mostly clueless but gloats about how long they are in business - in a demeaning manner. They then Blamed centurion motors, load shedding, staffing issues, manufacturer etc as excuses and 10 + months later never bothered to resolve my issues leaving me no option but to eventually hire someone else to fix the problems. Owner and wife Brad talk a big talk and belittle you by saying they have hundreds of installations and “big” corporate clients. Owner Brad finally contacted me and promised to solve the issues the next day and never bothered to get back to me - yet again!! Don’t ever pay upfront, in full, for services which is what this company requires then messes you around and will leave you out of pocket - Stay away!

Really am disappointed in OLD MUTUAL INSURE - for a company that claims to be a leader and in business for decades they really are pathetic in customer service. We had a 3rd party claim with them as their insured client drove into our vehicle at a stop street. for over 2 months they have been delaying and every time we query progress they send a blanket response back stating "45 days average turnaround time to respond" from last query and hide behind that "RULE' - a simple matter cannot be resolved timeously. I asked for this to be escalated and for over 10 days not even a reply, after escalation. Most people, like myself, trust these large companies to do what's right but when in a situation actually see their true colors!
