Poor service received from Marara Pharmacy
Unfortunately Bonitas has chosen Marara Pharmacy as their choice of pharmacy for their DSP for chronics for their Primary option. Their communication is appalling and today, after calling last week, their line is not working. I am having to buy a medication from my local pharmacy because they have not delivered (after I have submitted everything that is required).If my husband does not receive this medication it could mean another admission into hospital, a contributor to increased Bonitas premiums.1 reply

Terrible service from Kenya Airways.
Unfriendly service and food was not good at all. Baggage reclaim at OR Tambo and on their website atrocious. They do not pick up their calls at OR Tambo , do not respond to the baggage reclaim WhatsApp number, my baggage missing now for 5 days with no response from the airways. OR Tambo airport also not of much assistance at all. Will never recommend flying with Kenya Airways.0 replies
