I bought a bed in January 2023, when the bed arrived it showed signs of stitches unstitching, I thought it was nothing serious, a few months later, the base planks started breaking, still I thought it was nothing, the bed being a 2 years guarantee product, I contacted Bradlows in October 2023, the situation was worsening, they took the issue to restonic, the provider of the bed I bought, restonic kept on promising to get back to me until it was too late according to them, they said the complain came after the warranty period, they also said the fault was caused by me, all of these assumptions are made by analyzing the sent pictures, no one came to check the bed, I have been struggling to sleep properly because I am worried the bed will fall, with each and every complain I apply for, I'm asked to wait then responded to after months, the restonic issue was attended by Semone Goliath, it's been a full year, still the bed has warranty but restonic will not refund or exchange the product, no warranty of broken products was explained to me yet when I complain I'm told that the warranty has expired, I keep wondering the purpose of the guarantee if my case is not being prioritised, please help in any possible way.
