Pearl, you had a debit orders authozed on my account on Sunday the 8th of Feb 2026. The only reason we did not processed was that your card machine did not work.now she cancelled my order without my knowledge. She is rude and frankly a horrible person how she speaks to customers. Today I come in and now you cancelled it well aware of that I'm coming in today to pick up my stuff although the debit order is still active on my account. Talks in your face to you badly and when you insist they get management on the phone to resolve it she becomes rude and think you don't understand her... I have never experienced where you keep someone accountable they push the panic button. Do not go to this store. I have reported the ***** since the debit order is active on my account still. Takes your money but you are not allowed to have your stuff.

Dear Bardlows Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the couches I purchased in August 2025, which were delivered on 28 August 2025. Upon delivery, the couches were visibly damaged with multiple dents. I immediately took photos and showed them to the delivery team on the same day. I reported the issue to your Benoni branch, and they arranged for the couches to be collected and sent to the warehouse for review. Two weeks later, on 15 September, your team arrived for collection. However, they claimed they were unable to remove the couches due to the doorway and space constraints. This is confusing, as the couches were successfully delivered into my home initially—yet when returning them, it suddenly became an issue. During that visit, one of my hair appliances was also accidentally damaged by your team. It has now been weeks with no communication or resolution from your side. The couches are sitting unused and covered in my home, and I am still being billed monthly for items I cannot use. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid over R20,000 for these couches and they were delivered in damaged condition. I urgently request one of the following resolutions: Immediate replacement with couches of my choice of equal value, OR Cancellation of my contract with no further charges. I am shocked and extremely frustrated with Bradlows. I bought couches that started falling apart within months, and despite multiple repairs, the problems never stopped. Bradlows promised me an exchange, but they went back on their word and completely ignored my complaints. This is not just poor service—it’s a violation of my rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Sections 55 & 56). Every customer deserves products that work properly and a supplier who honors their commitments. Bradlows has failed on both counts. I have tried to resolve this directly, but they refuse to take responsibility. I want to warn others: unless you enjoy being ignored and **** to, do not buy from Bradlows. I am now demanding either a full refund or a proper exchange, as the law guarantees.

I had purchased goods from them a bed and a phone. They had told me that I am going to receive a message the next day informing me to come fetch the goods from them,i never received the sms and since then i have been trying to contact them and only today I got through them and they say that they are just with stock taking hence why they couldn’t deliver the goods.

Extremely poor customer service. My bed that I bought from them on April that has sunken so deep. went to the store (May) and wanted to return it till to date I’m still waiting on them to come deliver the new bed and take this one. When I go or call the store they keep telling me that they will deliver this week but never did and it’s August now and I’m still waiting for the bed to be delivered. I’m extremely upset because of the poor customer service they have.

on 24 march 2023 we received our products a bed and a fridge at 9 oclock at nigth. on the 1may 2023 we open up our bed and discovered that the bed is dirty and has a whole in it.we contact the manager of bradlows benoni to informed her, she told us she will log a call and let us know.she never logged calls .we then decide to stop paying our account cause we went few times to the store without any solution.we took our matress back to the store december 2024 and told them we giving them 10 days for feedback.after 2 weeks someone from seally calles us and told me that the serial number does not correcspond to the number they have on the system.we told her that is the bed we received that nigth . up unti today we did not received any feedback from the store or from sealy .the store manager at bradlows benoni is refusing to help us since day 1. we a have all our documents aswell

I bought a bed in January 2023, when the bed arrived it showed signs of stitches unstitching, I thought it was nothing serious, a few months later, the base planks started breaking, still I thought it was nothing, the bed being a 2 years guarantee product, I contacted Bradlows in October 2023, the situation was worsening, they took the issue to restonic, the provider of the bed I bought, restonic kept on promising to get back to me until it was too late according to them, they said the complain came after the warranty period, they also said the fault was caused by me, all of these assumptions are made by analyzing the sent pictures, no one came to check the bed, I have been struggling to sleep properly because I am worried the bed will fall, with each and every complain I apply for, I'm asked to wait then responded to after months, the restonic issue was attended by Semone Goliath, it's been a full year, still the bed has warranty but restonic will not refund or exchange the product, no warranty of broken products was explained to me yet when I complain I'm told that the warranty has expired, I keep wondering the purpose of the guarantee if my case is not being prioritised, please help in any possible way.
