Pearl, you had a debit orders authozed on my account on Sunday the 8th of Feb 2026. The only reason we did not processed was that your card machine did not work.now she cancelled my order without my knowledge. She is rude and frankly a horrible person how she speaks to customers. Today I come in and now you cancelled it well aware of that I'm coming in today to pick up my stuff although the debit order is still active on my account. Talks in your face to you badly and when you insist they get management on the phone to resolve it she becomes rude and think you don't understand her... I have never experienced where you keep someone accountable they push the panic button. Do not go to this store. I have reported the ***** since the debit order is active on my account still. Takes your money but you are not allowed to have your stuff.
Would rate them a ZERO if I can, Since the 17th of December 2025, my account was debited early without my consent. incurring interest on the account and penalties as well as incurring insufficient funds charges on my bank account. I did not consent to this debit order. Since Dec 11, 2025, 5:40 PM the service consultants has not gotten back to me after countless emails and calls. I honestly did not want to write a review... In the beginning job was done great, good coms.... then at the end when we reported issues and Brandon admitted fault and signed a letter... now every time its an excuse to come out and fix the issues... Now today again.. i now have to pay someone els to fix the mistake and hope he pays... and then i know what will happen... another excuse or delay. He did do a great job in the beginning... but now... disappointed. When you get upset he tells you well then i wont help you... I really did have faith that my car would be resolved. Brandon - please collect the water pump you didn't install and refund me and please pay for the repair like you agreed in the letter. Don't be that guy
****** pathetic... try get them to correct your tax certificate. Its always someone else fault. Went from 5 working days to fix to another 5 days. Total days... 20 working days. email them... no repsonse.. call the they dont even log it... you have to basicly start yelling at them to get some sort of assitance. Good day, I requested assistance to complete my SON'S application Both the following agents where unhelpful. tHey are more adamant to throw the terms and conditions and making excuses and also acting disrespectful. I requested Ritche to be transfered to a more senior staff member and he advised me no he will not since he is the only one I can speak to and he has fula autonomy in my issue and complaint. He also refused to advise me who is his manager. Salome treated me with disrespect and was more concerned to tell me about the company terms and conditions and refused to assist and just wanted to "verify" verify what? Book availability and or manager availability. Ritche as per your call introduction all calls are available on request. He refused to supply me with the call recordings. He advised me its against the popi act to supply his direct email address to me and also that its against the popi act to supply me with his managers details. He also failed to advise me where in the terms in condition it states his "SLO" that he has 24-48 hours to resolve my issue. I have to say for a compnay who prides itself in service I have found no serive only disresect. I hebry formall advise IMPAQ off the following. 1. On registrating i was requested to select agree to terms of service which I did. As per Salome no books are availble so I am questing how Impaq can sell me a packadge if they have no stock of the learning material? How is this even possible? 2. My payment cant be updated however its clear on the system payment was recived. 3. My regsitration is not complete and Ritch was so quick to say "you app****, you didnt regster yet" - Wow ok. I hope he feels like a big boy now putting his foot down and that he has full atonmy on the matter. 4. I am not allowed to escalte the matter to the complaints department since he will not give me the information for the relevant department. SO IN QUICK GUIDE OF ISSUE I HAVE. 1. Hello Peter is usually just for complaints but for once I can write a positive review on Hello Peter. I Ordered a bed for my autisc son. WOW ! From start to finish was just great. What I liked most is on day of delivery it was raining. I was advised that delivery will not happen due to rain as my order might get damaged. I was more than happy with that. My delivery was booked for another day and all wnt well. The staff even set up the bed. They helped me carry out his excisitng furniture

Don't yse IPC Motorsports or anyone with the name Vincendt Gouws for car repairs... what a joke of note... He is the owner of IPC Motorsports. After months of promises we have had enough... failed to complete work... Lies of fitting new parts... Spray paints your car to look like a toddler did it. Makes appointments with you you and then phone is off and disappears... I don't recommend anyone uses him... Or IPC Motorsports, always an excuse... Terrible service. I just want my money back... He has now forced me to go public with this as he has left us with no other options... Do the right thing and pay us back out money! Post updates... signed letter confirming of debt.. just sad when we opened up our Landover engine a wonderful surprise awaited us... thank you for damaging the engine so badly it can't be repaired and a full new engine must be purchased.... well done.
