I am shocked and extremely frustrated with Bradlows. I bought couches that started falling apart within months, and despite multiple repairs, the problems never stopped. Bradlows promised me an exchange, but they went back on their word and completely ignored my complaints. This is not just poor service—it’s a violation of my rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Sections 55 & 56). Every customer deserves products that work properly and a supplier who honors their commitments. Bradlows has failed on both counts. I have tried to resolve this directly, but they refuse to take responsibility. I want to warn others: unless you enjoy being ignored and **** to, do not buy from Bradlows. I am now demanding either a full refund or a proper exchange, as the law guarantees.
