Had an incident on the highway when i hit furniture that fell of a bakkie. Tried to call the police to get them to do an incident report. My phone went flat. Saw a FirstHelp truck and asked to use the drivers phone to use her phone to call police. 1 - I only asked to use her phone to call Police because my phone was off 2 - She then scanned the license discs and told me that my insurance is calling me through her phone because they picked up that she scanned my license disc and that my bumper sensors were triggered. 3 - She got me on the phone with a lady claiming to be from King Price and she wanted to arrange a tow truck for me and take it to Renew-it in Randburg for assessment and repairs 4 - I insisted to her that my car is still drivable and that I will be able to go to drive home and then take the car in on Monday to Renew it 5 - The lady on the phone insisted that because my bumper sensors went off, if i hit a pothole or speedbump the airbags in my car can pop out, so they need to take it to assess it 6 - On Sunday 21 July went to Renew-it Randburg to look for my car and I was told that it is not there. I then went to 91 Banfield and my car was confirmed to be there. 7 - Today on the 22nd of July I went to collect my car and I was given an invoice of R12747,75 to release my car. All im saying if ever someone was to burn that company to the ground one day, it wont be me but I will definitely be happy.
