Wow, excellent follow up service to get our Fibre installed and connected. The Infogro staff are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The process was seamless, from laying the cables to the installation of the router. All the while getting feedback and follow up from Stephan Botha to ensure service delivery. Thank you Stephan and the team who did the work to get us up and running, your help and speedy service is greatly appreciated.
It has been eight days since a technician visited our site to establish whether we can get a fibre installation. We were told that the application forms and info packages would be emailed within a day or two, 8 days later after 5 telephone calls, 1 email and 1 website enquiry request, and three Whatsapps to follow up as to when I can get the forms, I am still waiting. Has me wondering if the people manning these contact avenues are real people or robots!!! Actually robots may have done a better job at sending me the application forms. I wonder how I am going to get them, should I pray!!! Should I get in my car and physically drive to their offices to collect them. Really bad service. 1 Star for answering the phone and 1 star for the Technician as he did his job. The rest of the staff get NADA, they are not doing there jobs.
Do not buy anything online at Wattsave.Online. This website is *****ulent. They take your money and you never see your order. They don't confirm online orders, or send tracking numbers, they give no delivery dates or contact telephone numbers to contact them to make enquiries. I bought Wattsave plugs on 2 June 2024 and I have yet to receive my order or confirmation of such. They answer emails but just to keep stalling with no way of contacting them by telephone and they refuse to refund my money.
Wattsave.online : This business advertises on Facebook and Instagram selling Wattsave plugs, please be careful as they do not deliver. I ordered 2 x Wattsave plugs from them for R1566,00 on 14 June 2024 and I am still waiting for delivery. When you email them they do not respond and there are no contact telephone numbers listed on their website to call them. I have also reported them to my banks ***** division to investigate.
