Lack of customer empathy and customer care

Overall I enjoyed the selection of wines from Wade bales however I wrote them an email about how one of the wine glasses I received in my monthly box arrived shattered and in the email I did include that this may be an in transit issue but I received no response of empathy or acknowledgement at the very least. To be successful in the customer industry is to be responsive and attentive.
