Lack of customer empathy and customer care
Overall I enjoyed the selection of wines from Wade bales however I wrote them an email about how one of the wine glasses I received in my monthly box arrived shattered and in the email I did include that this may be an in transit issue but I received no response of empathy or acknowledgement at the very least. To be successful in the customer industry is to be responsive and attentive.

Monthly selection and service
I have to be very honest here, the service and the quality of the wines we receive on a monthly basis ticks all the boxes. If I could give 10 stars I would've. Service and quality products these days are few, so thank you wade bales for ensuring we get the best.

Taking customers for a ride with false ads
Really disappointed to discover that their advertised "free glasses" promotion is split across the first 3 deliveries and to add insult to injury, they send cheap plastic glasses. What wine club worth their salt would send PLASTIC wine glasses to their customers??? Really feel like i've been taken for a ride with this false add strategy of theirs.
