Taking customers for a ride with false ads

Really disappointed to discover that their advertised "free glasses" promotion is split across the first 3 deliveries and to add insult to injury, they send cheap plastic glasses. What wine club worth their salt would send PLASTIC wine glasses to their customers???

Really feel like i've been taken for a ride with this false add strategy of theirs.
