Had a few encounters with Clint Geluk and everytime I communicate with him, he would give me the vest service. Thanks alot Clint for always coming up with solutions instead of dwelling on the problem. Really appreciate it. I'm giving you 10 stars
I am very disturbed by their customer service. They first said the problem with my car smoking is that they were suppose to insert platinum spark plugs on my previous services so its their fault but they will still charge me for it. And then they said the car is still smoking so it's not the spark plugs but it's the turbo, they told me about R1880 to strip the car because it's a re****ent from the insurer and they confirmed they will only change me if the insurance is not approved. The insurer did not approve the whole amount. I decided to cancel the repairs because I could not afford the shortfall but Vinolin Naidoo informed me that they will now charge me R2700 and not R1800 because the have to put back the car. I desputed the amount and we finally agreed to the R1880 only. On the next day I got an email saying I have to pay R1200 for the spark plugs even though they said it was not the cause of the problem. This is very unprofessional and there should be 1 email with all costs payable and I need to agree to the amount before they can proceed with the car. And I did not get any communication between them and my insurer.
