Today I went to Telkom Protea Glen, wanted to settle my account, the first consultant decided to go attend a personal matter which I understand then the second consultant which I was transferred to told me I can't settle the account at the shop I must call customer service but yet she managed to do a swim swap and I had to pay for that at the shop. It doesn't make sense at all. She was not even friendly for a person that deals with customer everyday.
Bought a car in the dealership I think it was 2022. When I bought the car firstly I complain about the car not being serviced before being handed over to me and then next thing after few weeks saw that the front bumper was damaged and front brake pad were damaged had to complain to the manager and as everyone is complaining didn't get the spare key. Till this day no one is answering my calls. Something needs to be done to this dealership.
