Useless
Worst experience dealing with them. They harassed me regarding an old Telkom account and now that they have the money they do not stick to their time frames in providing the paid up letter. They are completely *********** and unprofessional for a law company.

Nuisance
They keep calling my personal phone and work number for no reason. I have previously requested that they stop calling me especially at my work. My debit order goes off every month as should and therefore they do not have a reason to call me. Today I got a call regarding the said debit order to ask if it will go off again the same day next month. Stop calling.
