Fix the connection
I have had no service since the first of this month and nothing has been done about it I have called email they say that the issue is resolved while it’s no, worse in my are I am the only one having this issue, I took this Wi-Fi because am working from from home please do the right thing or I’ll keep on writing here everyday

Cross lines
I am very ****ed and annoyed with the pathetic service that was provided by your engineers. I have app**** for a send line and they took the wires of the first line which belonged to my landlord and now he’s unable to connect and I am being accused of doing ***** I kindly ask you to fix this ish as soon as possible I am in a risk of loosing my place to stay you better fix this

Avery Angry Customer who decided to give PickNPay appliances a chance
I am writing this again with so much disappointment from PicknPay as you were unable to resolve my tv issue no feedback nothing only you said you will try and get someone on my area who have the same tv what what, I have a sick mother who had a stroke due to mobility she relays on the tv to watch exercise videos to keep her self busy. I am the only one working in this house so I must make a choice between the food or tv at least a grocery voucher can do so I can use the money for food to get a new tv because you are also failing to fix this

Disappointed
To say I am annoyed with y’all will be an understatement how can you sell a product and not have the necessary equipment for them. I bought the Aim tv due to fluds I have lost the remote I’ve been to more than 5 shops even online it’s not available the tv is just sitting there. I have a mother to stays in bed 24/7 because of sickness she needs to watch something but the remote is not there I can not afford a new tv this one is less than a year old
