An ET Systems garage door motor supplied byRegal Security and installed by Johann Elstadt. All fine for a period of 3 years following which the motor developed problems. Mr. Elstadt removed the motor and sent to Regal who in turn sent to ET Systems for repair. This took place being November 2018. To date I have not been able to receive any information from any party as to the status of the repair. I have had to replace the motor due to the inconvenience of manually opening the garage door. I feel as though all involved were only interested in selling me a new garage door motor and not representing the product initially supplied by offering the necessary repair.
Early last year I received a Domains Renewal account from Mweb for a domain that had been moved to another ISP due to bad service. I.E. account was closed. The amount of R265.33 was not paid. Later in 2014 I received a letter of demand from a collection company threatening \blacklisting"should I not pay the invoice amount of R265.33 plus collection fee of R88.39. The full amount of R353.72 was paid on 1st Sept 2014 to prevent the \""blacklisting\"". Since then I have tried many times to a) Receive a letter of apology"
