They do care about your brand and your vision.
As the Director Marketing and Communication at AGRICOLLEGES International we invited Ilead Et Al and Ronel Keyser and her team to a meeting to share our vision and our dream for the College with the team. The team work and the passion they embraced our brand with was amazing, in less than four months our brand positioning has changed from almost non- existing to an amazing ranking. The leadership of Ronel is incredible we can ask her anytime for assistance and share our concerns, it is as if it is their own brand they deal with. Nothing is too big or too small to accommodate. We are so amazed by the work and the enthusiasm this professional team assist us with and are helping us grow our stakeholders. We can recommend this Ilead et Al team to any Corporate Communication team to partner with.

Watch out for companies not prepared to offer service on their supplied products.
An ET Systems garage door motor supplied byRegal Security and installed by Johann Elstadt. All fine for a period of 3 years following which the motor developed problems. Mr. Elstadt removed the motor and sent to Regal who in turn sent to ET Systems for repair. This took place being November 2018. To date I have not been able to receive any information from any party as to the status of the repair. I have had to replace the motor due to the inconvenience of manually opening the garage door. I feel as though all involved were only interested in selling me a new garage door motor and not representing the product initially supplied by offering the necessary repair.

Company with no phone number?
My ET Systems' garage door motor failed. I Googled ET Systems. There is no phone number to call them in an emergency. One has to complete an online request and wait for them to call you. This is totally unacceptable.

Above and beyond the call of duty
I recently had a lightning strike on my property and had to take the controller board for my gate motor to ET Systems for repairs, which were done for less than the original quotation. Unfortunately, the motor still didn't work after reinstalling the board, so I logged a tech support call on their website. Within half an hour a representative phoned me (even though it was after hours) and talked me through fixing the problem. This is the way service should be delivered, I can definitely recommend ET Systems. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding service
I took my very old gate motor pc board to have repaired at the Meadowdale branch,a very helpful and knowledgeable gent named Felise assisted me,he battled to get the board working but never gave up and was determined to fix it,and yes he fixed it and best of all did it all while i waited.This guys is a great asset to the company and defintely is a star at his board level repairs.Well done ,thats what you call service.

I could see he had no urgency to help as he was already paid. I then logged an online technical support call with ET Systems. Within a half hour Elton called me. He talked me through the process to set the limits for the door - which was the simplistic problem. But required much patience from his side to help this female get it right. At one stage we got cut off but he immediately called back then patiently continued to talk me through the process to code my remotes correctly. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Elton for your patience with me and taking the time to care for your clients. At no additional cost ...wow! </p>
